These terms govern your use of Editable MIDI Workbench. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

The tool converts short audio clips into an editable MIDI draft. Transcription is not guaranteed to be exact; you are responsible for listening to and correcting the result before relying on it.

Your content

You keep ownership of your audio. You confirm that you have the rights and permission needed to upload it. Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.

Price and delivery

One corrected take costs US$1.99 as a one-time payment. Editing is available before checkout. After payment is confirmed, MIDI and CSV downloads are delivered immediately and remain available for seven days. Creem acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, disputes, and refunds under its policies.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
